Arrowman Award -
Do you
qualify?
During the
2005-2006 Lodge Year, the Lodge Executive Committee authorized
the creation of the First Year Arrowman Award to recognize
those Arrowman who, once inducted into the Order of the Arrow,
actively participated in the Lodge.\
The criteria
for the First Year Arrowman Award are as follows:

Achieve the
Brotherhood Honor within sixteen months of being inducted
into the Order of the Arrow.

Attend four
Lodge, Section, or National Order of the Arrow events within
sixteen months of being inducted into the Order of the
Arrow. Qualifying events on the Lodge level include all
Conclaves, Fellowships, and summer camp OA socials.

Be an
active member of your Chapter.

Be an
active member of at least one Lodge committee.
Recognition
for this award is a dangle that can be worn underneath the
Lodge flap. In addition, those receiving the First Year
Arrowman Award will be recognized at Lodge Business meetings
as well as in future editions of The Eagle.
The Lodge
Executive Committee has authorized the sale of these dangles
to Brotherhood and Vigil honor member of the Lodge at a cost
of $10 per dangle. The right to wear the dangle has been
authorized to those who earn the award.
