LODGE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
Timuquan Lodge will be holding our annual Lodge Leadership Development Conference on Saturday, May 17, 2008. It will be held at I-Care Industries in St. Petersburg. All Lodge Executive Committee members are required to attend this important training and team building event. The training will start promptly at 9:00 AM and run to about 4:00 PM. Please wear the complete field uniform with your sash.

SUMMER CONCLAVE - JUNE 6-8, 2008 - SAND HILL SR
The 2008 Summer Conclave will be held on the weekend of June 6-8, 2008 at Sand Hill Scout Reservation. The new lodge leadership is working hard to make this a great event. Once again we will also be having our Lodge Banquet on Saturday night. The cost for the weekend is $25.00 if paid on time. Those who have been in the Order for at least 10 months can seal their membership by completing their Brotherhood, the cost is an additional $10.00 to cover the cost of the new sash. The lodge will also be having another Vigil Breakfast on Saturday morning. On Saturday evening, the lodge will gather to celebrate the 2007-2008 Lodge Year. The deadline to register is on Monday, June 2, 2008 at the Council Service Center or online.

LODGE BANQUET - JUNE 7, 2008 - SAND HILL SR
Timuquan Lodge will once again be having our Lodge Banquet on Saturday night during the Summer Conclave. For those members who are already registered for the lodge weekend the cost for the Banquet is already included. For any members that cannot make the whole weekend, you can register for the Lodge Banquet for $15.00. Friends and family are also welcome to attend this yearly event. The deadline to register is on Monday, June 2, 2008 at the Council Service Center or online.
